We have completed a vast number of projects for new build and refurbishment projects as well as refurbishment projects.
Risk assessments and method statements need to be carried out before each new project is started and should be reviewed throughout the task to ensure they are adhered to and remain up-to-date.
We can carry out these assessments.  We identify all the tasks which need to be carried out, determine workers who may be at risk during the project, outline specific and significant risks, assess risks, list the relevant controls to minimise risks, train staff to follow procedures and guidelines, manage the risks through these procedures using supervision and oversee progress.
